Moving beyond simply drafting loan documents, O’Melveny began advising Working Solutions on the organization’s own financing, including establishing lines of credit and grants from JPMorgan Chase, Bank of the West, and the City of San Francisco. O’Melveny also assisted Working Solutions with a number of major projects, including negotiating several information sharing and consulting agreements. With the firm’s assistance, Working Solutions has now surpassed $19 million in microloans to Bay Area businesses and soon should reach the $20 million mark.
